How does the rental process work?
1. Find the perfect gown via the rental collection menu. Gowns are organized by size. Most gowns fit a size range of one size smaller or larger. If you are not sure if a gown will fit and need specific measurements, please contact us.
2. Choose your rental start date from the available dates listed. This is the day your rental period will start. If a date is shown in the menu, the gown is available that week. If you need a midweek start date, rather than a Friday, you'll need to select "custom date" and input that information at checkout. We do not guarantee we can honor all custom dates and will refund if this date range cannot be honored.
3. Select your rental period. We offer 4 day and 7 day rentals. A 4-day rental will start Friday and end the following Monday. A 7- day rental will start Friday and end the following Thursday.
4. Complete the checkout process. After entering your information you will be redirected to complete payment via paypal.

What day does my rental begin?
Your rental period begins on the Friday you select at checkout regardless of when you receive your gown.
What day does my rental need to be mailed back?
If your rental period was 4 days, your gown needs to be in the mail to us the Monday following your original booking date. If your rental period was 7 days, your gown needs to be in the mail to us no later than the Thursday following your booking date.
What if I need a gown outside of the date ranges offered?
We do offer custom rental dates for a small fee. If you require a longer rental period or a start date not listed please contact us directly to inquire about more information. Custom dates will be handled on a case by case basis based upon availability of gowns.
Do I need to clean the gown before I return it?
No, we will take care of cleaning the gown when it is returned.
What do I need to do with the gown when I am ready to mail it back?
Please place the gown back into the original bag/box. Use the enclosed shipping address label. If these items were damaged in transit or lost, you will be responsible for supplying return shipping supplies. We will do our best to get a new label to you. If this is not possible, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Who is responsible for shipping costs associated with mailing the gown back?
You are responsible for the costs/insurance of shipping the gown back to us on the last day of your rental period.
What happens if a gown is damaged or not returned?
If a gown is damaged during your rental period, please let us know before returning and include photos of the damage. Please do not attempt to have a gown cleaned or repaired yourself. We will take care of the repairs using our trusted team of cleaners and seamstresses. Depending on the type or amount of damage, you may be held liable for the costs associated with replacement or repair. For more information please review the Rental Agreement
Are these gowns available for purchase?
No. These gowns are not available for purchase.
What designers do you carry?
The majority of our rentals are from Anna Triant Couture. We do have a small number of gowns from other designers as well. All of our gowns meet our quality standards of excellence regardless of the original designer.
Do you collaborate with photographers or offer a photographer rental program?
If you are located within 30 miles of the Boston Metro or NH Lakes Region areas, have been in business for more than 5 years and are familiar with using couture gowns, please reach out to us at lulubeescloset@gmail.com for more information about collaboration. We are not seeking photographers in other areas at this time.
Can I use rentals for multiple clients and/or during mini sessions?
It is okay to book a gown to use with more than one client during your rental period, however we do not allow photographers to book gowns for mini sessions. Please read our terms and conditions of rental here: Rental Agreement . If you are caught violating this policy you will be banned from future rentals.
My daughter is interested in modeling for special events or photographers in our area. How can we find out more information?
Please join our VIP Facebook Group if you would like to be listed as an available model. Models and photographers are listed by region here and this is the first place we post model calls for our events.
